Returns:
We offer a 30-day return policy. You therefore have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
Please contact us via live chat or email on info@getsportscards.co.uk if you have a problem with your order so we can issue a return request.
To be eligible for a return and either a refund or exchange, the items you are returning must be unused and new/same condition that you received it. This means any sealed boxes must not be opened and must also be in all the original packaging. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping as we are not able to offer free returns currently. We would recommend using a tracked service when sending back any items to us.

Damages or Order Issues:
We would advise to inspect your order within a day of arrival so if there is any damage or any issues you can let us know right away. We will then do our best to put it right.
Refunds:
If you have returned an item to us and after inspection we have approved a refund, then you can expected to receive this refund to your original payment method within 5 working days.
Exchanges:
We are only likely to issue an exchange on items that arrive faulty, damaged or defective. Please let us know as soon as you receive your order so we can try and rectify this for you.
